Katy is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring therapist. She is open to questions and provides clear answers while identifying self-care and other problem-solving techniques in a collaborative way. She’s knowledgeable about her areas of expertise, as well as any available local resources. She’s also comfortable making referrals to other relevant professionals when appropriate. I’ve been so pleased with my therapy that I gladly recommend Katy to anyone looking for an excellent therapist.

Our family has worked with Katy on a number of issues surrounding post-divorce recovery and living with a loved one who displays signs of mental illness. She has a unique ability to discern the needs of individual family members while also offering concrete healing strategies for the family as a whole. My daughters and I have each benefited and grown from Katy’s expansive knowledge of mental health issues, age appropriate communication and problem solving strategies, and a sincere commitment to the personal wellness of her clients.

In the last couple of years I have seen Katy to help me with some personal issues with my daughter. Katy gave me some insight and strategies to use with my daughter, which have greatly improved my relationship with her. Thank you Katy for all of your help over the years! Because of you, I have improved several of my most important relationships. You have helped me to understand and accept what was in my control and what wasn’t and what (if anything) I could do about it.

Katy is an amazing therapist. She has the ability to give concrete blocks of information upon which new steps can be built in order to change the direction of the damaging path one is traveling. Because of our work together, I am becoming the person I have always dreamed of being. I am much kinder and more gracious. I can let go of the things that I have no control over and am mastering the art of responding rather than reacting. Katy has been an integral part in helping me to change my life for the better. I feel blessed having her as a part of my life.

Katherin Ranzoni was recommended to me almost 20 years ago. Katy saw me professionally on and off for about 8 years. Her compassion and sensitivity made her very easy to talk to. She literally saved me many times from self-doubt and depression. Katy is professional yet candid. I trust her and that is why she is a great therapist.
Since our sessions ended, I still seek her advice and continually ask myself, “How would Katy handle this problem”.
I am glad to have Katherin Ranzoni in my life, not only for her incite on behaviors, but for her continued support.

My name is Giovanna. I’m 15 years old and I’ve been seeing Katy now for a long time (2 years?). My life has been an emotional roller coaster for the past 3 years. And without the help of Katy I don’t know where I would be today. Every time I leave her office I feel relief and happiness. Katy has shown me how to deal with all of my feelings and understand my emotions. Even though I could have never imagined my life being the way it is now, I’m thankful in so many ways that Katy is always there to help. I am truly grateful for having her as my counselor.

Katy Ranzoni has helped me with many family issues throughout the years.
My husband and I have four children together, 2 each from previous marriages and we first went to see her back in 1994 to talk through some parenting issues we were having with our blended family. She was extremely helpful to both of us and since has helped me personally over the years with many issues including my marriage, in laws and drug and alcohol issues concerning two of our daughters. We went to see Katy again in 2011 to help my husband through some guilt he was experiencing with his oldest daughter and some of the life choices she had made. The one session with her on that subject was all it took for my husband to understand and accept that it was not his fault.

Daughter Kylie (age 11) see below…
Katy has made us closer in many ways. She has her own style where she asks questions and listens, writes down ideas, and gives them to you to practice at home. She goes deeper into the problems than most people so she can help you get stronger.
